Development & fund monitoring
Howard Grady Associates knowledge and experience of the Fund monitoring role has been developed over many years, working with a number of major Banks.
In undertaking the role of Monitoring Surveyor, we will initially carry out a very detailed analysis of the proposed development and generally review all of the relevant construction documentation and produce an Appraisal Report for the Bank.
During construction, we would attend site meetings and check the interim valuations together with quality and programme.
Employers Agent
When a Design and Build Contract is used, the Employers Agent shall have full authority to receive and issue monthly applications, consents, instructions, notices, requests or statements and otherwise to act for the Employer under the conditions of the Contract. The duties will consist of some of the following items:
