Bury Hospice – Gets the Go Ahead!

Bury Hospice have been given the ‘Go Ahead’ for the ‘State of the Art’ facility to be built in Bury by Seddon Construction.

Howard Grady Associates will act as Employers Agent.

The facility which will be located on Rochdale Old Road, Bury will provide palliative care to 12 patients with round the clock care and support.

Work is scheduled to Start on Site in July 2011.

Residential Student Centre, Harper Adams University College.

Howard Grady Associates have been appointed as Employers Agent for the New Build Project at Harper Adams University Campus.

The New Build comprises of a 2 storey, 32 bed bedroom block and a single storey Study centre together with a kitchen, meeting rooms and communal areas.

Work is scheduled to Start on Site in September 2011.

Calderstones NHS Foundation Trust, Maplewood Phase 2 – Low Secure Unit

Howard Grady Associates have been appointed as Quantity Surveyors for the New Build Project near Whalley, Clitheroe.

The Unit will provide accommodation for service users with learning and associated disabilities together with Day Services and Administration.

Work is scheduled to Start on Site during early 2012.

Sorogold St commences on site!

Sorogold St, St Helens – 27 Bungalows and warden flat commences on site with the official ‘Sod Cutting’ ceremony planned for the end of the month.

Howard Grady Associates, Ashley House and Seddon Construction are working in Partnership with St Helens Council and Inclusion Housing to develop a new build extra care Scheme.

The proposed development will provide a new extra care facility for St Helens Council.  Each unit is designed to full accessible standards with a warden flat also being on the site.
