Howard Grady Associates provide construction services primarily in the healthcare, industrial, educational, commercial, residential and retail sectors, covering Oldham, Greater Manchester & Lancashire.

Howard Grady Associates personnel have a wealth of experience in contracting, covering many years.

Howard Grady Associates have been appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors by Millenium Care UK for a 32 bed extension to create a Dementia Care Unit.

The building will be constructed to achieve the ‘Stirling Gold’ Accreditation. Work due to complete early 2019

Howard Grady Associates are acting as Employers Agent on a New 19 Bed extension, and alterations to the existing Care Home in Newton Heath, Manchester.

Works started on site June 2018 and are due to complete December 2019.

Howard Grady Associates have been appointed as Employers Agent on the new Joint Vet School Development at Harper Adams University.

The Building comprises of 2 lecture theatres, examination rooms, offices and communal spaces for both students and staff.

Works are due to commence on Summer 2019.

Howard Grady Associates have been appointed as Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers on the conversion and refurbishment of the existing Church in Delph, Saddleworth.

The Building will be converted into 7 apartments, including new car parking and landscaped areas

Works are due to commence in Early 2019.

Howard Grady Associates were acting as Quantity Surveyors on the new Detached House.

The Development was circa £1.4million and includes Green energy technology, high end thermal and acoustic materials and the latest in sound and interactive media technology.

The House acheived Practical Completion in December 2018.
